About The Position

Impact RTO Holdings, a Rent-A-Center franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager for a role designed to develop candidates for Store Manager. The Assistant Manager works alongside the Store Manager and helps run day-to-day store operations, with ownership over sales and operational results. Top performers may be fast-tracked into Store Manager training. The position offers a guaranteed five-day workweek with every Sunday off and compensation of $15.00–$18.00+ per hour, based on experience. Bilingual candidates are preferred and may receive higher pay.

Requirements

Sales or customer service experience, including experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar field.
Positive, motivated attitude and desire to lead.
Valid physical driver’s license held for at least one year.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Must complete employment background and motor vehicle records checks through HireRight.

Responsibilities

Assist store team members with sales, inventory, deliveries, and customer service.
Drive store revenue by meeting and exceeding company sales targets.
Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, assisting them, and resolving issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
Occasionally help create social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support company initiatives.
Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed.
Support the Store Manager with operational duties.
