Rent A Center-Assistant Manager of Sales
About The Position
Impact RTO Holdings, the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager as a development path toward Store Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager works alongside the Store Manager and helps run day-to-day store operations, with ownership over sales and store results. The role offers $14.00 per hour based on experience, with higher pay for bilingual candidates, monthly profit sharing, a guaranteed five-day workweek with Sundays off, recognition rewards, and potential advancement into Store Manager training. Employment conditions include a background check and motor vehicle records check through HireRight.
Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience, including experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar field.
- Positive, motivated attitude and desire to lead.
- Valid physical driver’s license held for at least one year.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle records check through HireRight is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities
- Assist store team members with sales, inventory, delivery, and customer service.
- Drive store revenue by meeting and exceeding company sales targets.
- Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting and assisting customers and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Occasionally help create social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support company initiatives.
- Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed.
- Support the Store Manager with operational duties.
