About The Position

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking career-minded, service-driven sales professionals to develop leads, build a profitable business, meet sales goals, and provide excellent customer service to members. Sales Agents begin at an hourly rate of $24.04 and receive paid training. After completing the training program, full-time Sales Agents who meet sales goals earn an average of $90,300–$110,400 annually, with uncapped commissioned opportunities for exceeding sales goals. Auto Club Enterprises is the largest club within the national AAA federation, with nearly 17,000 employees in 24 states serving more than 18 million members. Requirements

Sales experience is highly preferred.
Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
Computer experience and good organizational skills.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Successful completion of a background check, credit check, and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
