About The Position

The Sales Agent works exclusively in a branch office and conducts sales activities, appointments, and inspections onsite and offsite as directed by the IBM. The role sells club memberships and insurance products in support of club growth, profitability, and service quality objectives. The Sales Agent Trainee provides information about member services and new insurance products, completes policy and membership documentation accurately and promptly, and follows underwriting rules and guidelines. The position offers paid training and earning potential of $100K+.

Requirements

• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.
• High school diploma.
• Successful completion of a background check, credit check, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.

• Source and develop leads, prospect, and continually network.
