The Account Manager in Training program is designed for recent graduates or early-career sales professionals to learn the industry under the guidance of an account team. Trainees will gain comprehensive knowledge of the sales and production cycle, develop client relationships, and pursue new business development. This role requires confidence, intelligence, resourcefulness, and a creative drive to become a sales executive. The program includes mentorship from sales management, collaboration with sales support teams (project managers, account coordinators) on vendor communication, timetables, deliverables, and client reviews of production status. This program has a successful five-year track record and offers training, educational opportunities, mentorship in new business development, and the chance to build a client network.
