Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)
Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

Grow your client base through networking, proactive outreach, and community engagement.
Educate clients on our portfolio, including auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance products.
Conduct needs assessments and design tailored insurance strategies for each client.
Manage the full sales process—from prospecting and consultations to presenting solutions and closing deals.
Build long-lasting relationships through regular check-ins, policy reviews, and exceptional service.
Exceed sales targets with a focus on nurturing long-term client loyalty.
Stay up to date on industry trends and maintain deep knowledge of Farmers Insurance offerings.
