About The Position

Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless dealer, is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Sales Advocate to sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories. The role emphasizes customer service and retention, learning promotions and policy updates, and balancing customer experience with sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment. Representatives may participate in outside sales events and work at various locations.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
One year of retail sales or customer service experience.
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays at various locations.

Nice To Haves

Wireless sales experience; experience with AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, or Cricket is preferred but not required.
Management experience is preferred for advancement into store management or ownership.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and help create a positive work environment.
Learn promotions, price changes, and policy updates.
Complete administrative and operational tasks, including filing paperwork and communicating with management to resolve issues.
Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant with corporate standards.
Arrive on time, prepare the store to open, close it properly, and secure sensitive items.
Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories.
Deliver outstanding customer service and work to retain existing customers and gain new ones.
Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
Work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing and learning best practices and resolving customer issues.
Balance customer experience with performance goals.
Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations.
