About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers at its Totem Lake retail location. Sales Advisors represent Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, help make glasses shopping an enjoyable experience, and contribute to the success of the business through customer interactions, process improvement ideas, and special projects. The role involves serving customers, sharing product and style expertise, supporting teammates, and helping foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
• Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
