About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide exceptional service to customers and help make glasses shopping a memorable experience. Sales Advisors contribute directly to the success of retail locations through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. They represent Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, share product knowledge and style advice, and help create an inclusive, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. Similar roles at other brands may be called Sales Associate.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
• Ability to adapt, solve problems proactively, and react quickly in unexpected situations.
• Ability to work as a positive team player and lead by example.
• Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
• Organization, attentiveness, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interest in fashion and technology.
• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
