About The Position

The Sales Advisor promotes car wash services and Unlimited Wash plans while providing welcoming, helpful customer service. The role starts at $17.15 per hour and offers weekly pay and sales incentives, with the opportunity to earn more than $25 per hour. The employer provides training and career advancement opportunities based on performance. Flexible hours are available to accommodate employees’ schedules; this is not a 9-to-5 job. Requirements

• Experience working with customers, such as in hospitality or retail.
• Willingness to work outside during all seasons.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale knowledge.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 or more hours per day.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
• Alertness and ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
• Ability to move safely over wet or uneven terrain and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate the value of the service.
• Greet each customer promptly with a smile.
• Inform customers about Unlimited Wash plans and make sales.
• Answer questions and guide customers who are unfamiliar with the process.
• Help maintain operations throughout the location.
