About The Position

LUV Car Wash is seeking a Sales Advisor to promote and sell membership passes while delivering a positive customer experience. The role focuses on knowledge-based retail sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and educating customers about promotions, memberships, and products. The Sales Advisor reports to the General Manager and is classified as non-exempt. Employees are expected to maintain current job competencies and stay informed about company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in membership sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to maintain a sense of urgency while remaining friendly and courteous.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand for long periods during a shift and tolerate occasional prolonged periods of walking or standing.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule.
