About The Position

STRIDE Fitness Southampton is hiring a Sales Advisor to support the member journey at its studio. The role focuses on converting prospective members into memberships through genuine connections, consistent follow-up, and outreach across in-person, phone, email, and social media channels. The Sales Advisor also welcomes and supports members and guests, helps maintain member relationships, and assists with studio operations and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through in-person, phone, email, and social media outreach.
• Greet prospects and walk-in guests, provide studio tours, and present membership options.
• Follow up with leads and guide prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
• Provide a welcoming experience for every member and guest.
• Build relationships with current members to support retention and referrals.
• Address and resolve member concerns, escalating them to management when needed.
• Keep the front desk, retail area, and studio clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Support daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts.
