About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and support the success of its retail locations. Sales Advisors represent Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, help make glasses shopping an enjoyable experience, and contribute through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Proactive, adaptable problem-solving skills, including responding quickly to unexpected situations.
Positive team player who leads by example.
Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Interest in fashion and technology.
Not listed on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
