About The Position

Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide resident-centered nursing care in a supportive skilled nursing facility. Nurses monitor residents’ health, respond to care needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote safety, comfort, and well-being. Requirements

Hold a current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.
Strong clinical judgment and assessment abilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care according to physician orders and care plans.
Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to appropriate team members.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately and safely.
Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Provide guidance and support to CNAs and medication aides as needed.
Respond promptly to resident concerns and medical needs.
Promote resident safety and compliance with facility policies and regulations.
Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
