About The Position

The Sales Advisor Lead is a developmental leadership role at GO Car Wash, intended to prepare the employee for a Team Leader position. The role serves as manager on duty when Team Leaders, Assistant General Managers, or General Managers are not present. It oversees day-to-day car wash operations, drives membership sales, and ensures company policies and procedures are followed. The position involves customer service, vehicle guidance, site upkeep, issue resolution, and helping coach teammates.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
A positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for sales and leadership.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to connect with customers and promote membership packages.
Ability to handle day-to-day site operations and resolve customer issues independently.
Willingness to learn and develop into a leadership role while working with site managers.
Energy and stamina to stand, move, and engage with customers and teammates for extended periods.
Ability to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors for long periods.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

Open and close the car wash according to standard operating procedures.
Greet customers and use sales scripts to drive membership sales.
Guide vehicles safely into the car wash and explain the wash process to customers.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the site.
Address customer issues and escalate them to leadership when needed to support satisfaction and retention.
Assist with team coaching and ensure teammates follow safety standards and sales scripts.
Oversee day-to-day site operations when designated as manager on duty.
Ensure GO Car Wash policies and procedures are followed.
