About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a high-energy sales professional and fitness enthusiast to help grow its membership base and support members in pursuing their health and fitness goals. The Member Consultant assists with front-of-house fitness studio operations and creates a warm, fun, community-focused environment. The position combines customer service and sales in a personalized fitness studio setting. Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, and bonus potential, with regular pay raises and promotion opportunities.

Requirements

Previous sales experience and strong sales skills.
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
At least 2 years of sales experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Energetic, positive, upbeat, outgoing personality and enjoyment of talking with people.
Desire and drive to succeed.
Interest in fitness and helping people improve their lives.
Ability to take two Orangetheory classes per week.
Experience working in a quota-bearing structure.
Functional computer skills; Excel is a plus.
Ability to work in an ORANGE TEAM environment.
Flexibility to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow in responsibility and leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas or succeeding in an inside or outside sales position.
Fitness industry experience.
Health- and fitness-minded outlook.
Experience with fitness membership sales.
Undergraduate degree.
