Lead Sales Associate/Membership Advisor

About The Position
The Member Consultant helps operate the front-of-house fitness studio and creates a warm, fun, community-oriented environment. Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an energetic sales professional and fitness enthusiast to grow the studio’s membership base and support members in reaching their health and fitness goals. The role combines customer service, sales, and studio operations, with compensation consisting of hourly pay, commission, and bonus potential. The employer is an independently owned and operated Orangetheory Fitness franchisee.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience and strong sales skills.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Energetic, positive, upbeat, social, and outgoing personality; enjoys talking with people.
- Drive and desire to succeed.
- Interest in fitness and helping people improve their lives.
- Ability to take two Orangetheory classes per week.
- Experience working in a quota-bearing structure.
- Functional computer skills; Excel is a plus.
- Ability to work in an ORANGE TEAM environment.
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow in responsibility and leadership skills.
- Proven record of meeting sales quotas or succeeding in an inside or outside sales position.
- Fitness industry experience.
- Health- and fitness-minded.
- Experience with fitness membership sales.
- Undergraduate degree.
