Lead Sales Associate/Membership Advisor

About The Position

The Member Consultant assists with front-of-house fitness studio operations and helps create a warm, fun, community-oriented environment. The role focuses on growing the studio’s membership base through sales and customer service, while helping members pursue their health and fitness goals. Orangetheory seeks an energetic, outgoing fitness enthusiast who enjoys working with people, contributes to a team environment, and is motivated by results and advancement opportunities. The position offers hourly pay with commission and bonus potential, regular pay raises, promotion opportunities, and a free Orangetheory Fitness membership. The posting lists pay of $15.00–$17.00 per hour and also states compensation of $18.00 per hour. The employer is an independently owned and operated Orangetheory Fitness franchisee.

Requirements

Previous sales experience and strong sales skills.
At least 2 years of sales experience.
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Energetic, positive, upbeat, social, and outgoing personality; enjoys talking with people.
Desire and drive to succeed.
Interest in fitness and helping change people's lives.
Ability to participate in two Orangetheory classes per week.
Experience working in a quota-bearing structure.
Functional computer skills.
Flexibility to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow in responsibility and leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas or succeeding in an inside or outside sales position.
Fitness industry experience.
Health and fitness-minded.
