About The Position

The Consumer Advisor pre-qualifies leads and directs qualified clients to the appropriate department. The role includes following up with potential clients listed in the system, educating clients about the timeshare market, and guiding them to a department that can provide a solution suited to their needs.

Requirements

• Be highly motivated and self-starting.
• Have strong internet and computer software skills.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Have proven customer service skills.
• Have proper note-taking abilities.
• Be able to effectively manage time while at work.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualify customers and direct them to the correct department.
• Manage leads entering the system.
• Book and complete follow-up appointments with prospective customers.
• Maintain the lead-tracking database.
• Sell solutions and educate customers about services offered.
• Meet daily and weekly quotas and goals.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
