Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to master the Serve Safe food handling certification within the first 90 days.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Comfort using basic office equipment.
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Problem-solving attitude to complete projects from inception to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility under pressure.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
Regular attendance to perform essential tasks.
Ability to operate basic office equipment (e.g., copy machine and scanner).
Strong ability to sell based on value and customer needs.
Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned.

Engaging in customer events, food shows, and promotional activities.
Reviewing sales reports and customer activity to optimize performance.
Coordinating with logistics to ensure smooth delivery schedules.

Representing Upper Lakes Foods in community outreach.
