Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Gain Serve Safe certification within your first 90 days
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment
  • Flexibility and fairness under pressure
  • Great organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Talent for selling based on value
  • Keen problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound sales through scheduled calls and cold outreach
  • Engaging in on-site visits to present tailored product solutions that emphasize value
  • Supporting customers with product demonstrations, menu planning, and training
  • Actively participating in community events and food shows
  • Reviewing sales reports
  • Coordinating with logistics to manage delivery schedules
  • Engaging in training
  • Collaborating with supplier partners to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintaining effective relationships across the department and community
