About The Position

Sensient Technologies is seeking a Sales Account Manager for their Personal Care division, focusing on the Midwest region. This role involves selling high-quality flavors and value-added solutions to world-class customers. The position offers ownership of a sales territory with the opportunity to manage and grow business, supported by internal resources and a dynamic team. The role is home-based and requires the candidate to be located within the Midwest, close to a major airport. Sensient Technologies is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts, utilizing advanced technologies to develop specialty systems for food and beverage, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, as well as specialty colors and fine chemicals. The Personal Care and Specialties Market (PCSM) division specifically develops, produces, and markets ingredients and colors for the personal care and cosmetics industry, as well as specialty colors for industrial applications.

Requirements

• BS Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related discipline.
• Successful B2B selling experience reflecting high productivity of measurable results.
• Strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts.
• Savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
• Ability to navigate large accounts.
• Authorized to work in the USA without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
