About the position
The job overview for this role is to partner with finance teams and their business stakeholders, acting as a trusted guide to help them select an FP&A solution. The focus is on listening to potential customers, personalizing demos, and providing useful information. Building lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, as well as ensuring customer happiness and success, are also key responsibilities. This is a founding Sales role that involves "full stack" sales, including generating pipeline, attending meetings, and working with security and legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with finance teams and their business stakeholders to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide in selecting an FP&A solution
- Listen to potential future customers and personalize demos based on their needs
- Support the Product team by sharing feedback from sales conversations and assisting with roadmap prioritization
- Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
- Introduce customers to relevant people, communities, and resources to create value for them
- Ensure customer happiness and success by working closely with the Customer Success team
- Perform "full stack" sales, including generating own pipeline, attending meetings with prospective customers, and working with their security and legal team.
