About The Position

MIXT is hiring a Salad Maker/Line Cook to prepare guest, catering, and online orders in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role involves following recipes and portion specifications, keeping the service line stocked, supporting food preparation and restocking, and maintaining a clean and food-safe workspace. Team members also help close and organize the salad line, prep tables, and equipment, follow knife safety protocols, learn a seasonally changing menu, and follow the uniform policy. Experience is a plus, but MIXT is willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities may change based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to specification, ensuring portion accuracy.
• Keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist with prep work, restocking, and keeping utensils and bowls clean.
• Help close the day by cleaning and organizing the salad line, prep tables, and equipment.

• Take on additional tasks as needed by the manager.
