About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring a Sandwich and Salad Maker to prepare sandwiches and salads while assisting with food preparation and overall kitchen operations. Team members connect with guests, provide hospitable service, and help create a welcoming dining experience. The role offers full-time and part-time hours and requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Tips are shared among all Mendo Team Members through a tip pool, and pay is issued biweekly. The listed pay, including tips, is $16.00–$22.00 per hour.
