About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a Sandwich Maker to work as part of a dynamic team preparing menu items made with honest, whole ingredients. The menu includes scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches. The role requires open availability, and shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic and the time of year. Shifts run Monday through Saturday and may start as early as 7 a.m. or end as late as 11 p.m. Locations are closed every Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. The position is available full-time or part-time. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have open availability; shifts vary and may run Monday through Saturday between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Attentiveness to local, state, and federal food-handler and sanitation requirements.
A can-do attitude and the ability to prepare meal items quickly and accurately.
Ability to multitask, learn from mistakes, and support other departments.
