About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a Sandwich Maker to work as part of a dynamic team preparing menu items made with honest, whole ingredients. The menu includes from-scratch baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches. The role requires preparing meal items quickly and confidently, accurately following specifications, multitasking, learning from mistakes, and helping other departments when needed. Shifts vary from week to week based on customer traffic and time of year. Shifts run Monday through Saturday, starting as early as 7 a.m. and ending as late as 11 p.m. Kneaders locations are closed every Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Full- or part-time positions are available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have open availability; shifts vary and may run Monday through Saturday between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
Must be attentive to compliance with local, state, and federal food-handler and sanitation regulations.
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
A can-do attitude and the ability to work quickly and confidently are expected.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of kitchen or work experience is preferred but not required.
