Responsibilities

• Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to specification, ensuring portion accuracy.
• Keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist with prep work, restocking, and cleaning utensils and bowls.
• Clean and organize the salad line, prep tables, and equipment during closing.
• Follow knife safety protocols and learn the seasonally changing menu.
• Follow the uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance.
• Take on additional tasks as needed by the manager.
