About The Position

MIXT is seeking passionate Salad Makers to prepare food and provide standout guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Experience is a plus, but the company is willing to train the right person. The role includes preparing guest, catering, and online orders to specification; keeping the line stocked; maintaining cleanliness and food safety; and helping with prep and closing tasks. Responsibilities may change according to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to specification, ensuring portion accuracy.
• Keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist with prep work, restocking, and keeping utensils and bowls clean.
• Clean and organize the salad line, prep tables, and equipment during closing.
• Follow knife safety protocols and learn the seasonally changing menu.
• Adhere to the uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance.
• Take on additional tasks as needed by the manager.
