About The Position

MIXT is seeking a Salad Maker/Line Cook to prepare guest, catering, and online orders according to specifications in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role involves accurate portioning, keeping the line stocked, maintaining cleanliness and food-safety standards, and assisting with prep and closing tasks. The position suits a dependable, positive team player with clear English communication, strong organization, and the ability to follow recipes. Previous experience is a plus, but MIXT is willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to specification, ensuring portion accuracy.
Keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day.
Maintain cleanliness and uphold food-safety standards.
Assist with prep work, restocking, and keeping utensils and bowls clean.
Help close by cleaning and organizing the salad line, prep tables, and equipment.
Follow knife-safety protocols and learn the seasonally changing menu.
Adhere to the uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance.
Take on additional tasks as needed by the manager.
