About The Position

As a Safety Partner with Sentara, you will help keep patients and the hospital environment safe. The primary duties include sitting with patients who are at risk of suicide, falls, wandering, self-harm, or other risk behaviors, helping them maintain function during their hospital stay. The position is based at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and has a rotating work shift.

• High school diploma.
• BLS certification.
