About The Position
As a Safety Partner with Sentara, you will help keep patients and the hospital environment safe. The primary duties include sitting with patients at risk of suicide, falls, wandering, self-harm, or other risk behaviors, enabling them to maintain function during their hospital stay. The role emphasizes teamwork in providing care to patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- BLS certification required.
