About The Position

Immense Group is seeking a Finnish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst to help safeguard players and the business and maintain high standards of Safer Gambling practices. The analyst will communicate with players by email and phone, provide support in accordance with internal policies and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of Safer Gambling operations. The role also involves collaborating with Safer Gambling Management to promote awareness and deliver training as required.

Requirements

Native or close-to-native Finnish proficiency, spoken and written.
Fluent English proficiency, spoken and written.
Keen interest in the psychology of addiction, and regulatory and compliance knowledge.
Ability to listen effectively and understand others, with empathy.
Willingness to learn and improve business operations.
Positive mindset and flexible approach.
Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

Analyse risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behaviour.
Contact at-risk players by phone or email and provide support according to internal policies and procedures, including additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking.
Monitor escalated player registrations to prevent underage gambling.
Monitor escalated self-excluded players, assess risk, and refund eligible players.
Monitor and review follow-up case reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Escalate complex cases with recommendations to senior management to safeguard player protection.
Use a solution-focused approach to assist vulnerable players.
Recommend changes or amendments to Safer Gambling operational activities and processes.
Work with Safer Gambling Management to promote a culture of Safer Gambling awareness and deliver training as required.
