About The Position

Immense Group is seeking a Swedish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst to help safeguard players and the business and maintain high standards of Safer Gambling practices. The analyst will liaise with players by email and phone, provide support in line with internal policies and procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Safer Gambling operations. The role works closely with Safer Gambling Management to promote awareness and deliver training as required.

Requirements

Native or near-native Swedish proficiency and fluent English, spoken and written.
Keen interest in the psychology of addiction.

Responsibilities

Analyse risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behaviour.
Contact at-risk players by phone or email and provide support according to internal policies and procedures, including additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking.
Monitor escalated player registrations to prevent underage gambling.
Monitor escalated self-excluded players to assess risk and refund eligible players.
Monitor and review follow-up case reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
Escalate complex cases to senior management with recommendations to safeguard player protection.
Use a solution-focused approach to assist vulnerable players.
Recommend changes or amendments to Safer Gambling operations and processes.
Work with Safer Gambling Management to promote a culture of Safer Gambling, raise awareness, and deliver training as required.
