About The Position

The Safer Gambling Analyst safeguards players and the business by supporting responsible gaming and continuously improving safer gambling operations. The role involves communicating with players by phone or email, applying internal policies and procedures, and working closely with Safer Gambling Management to promote awareness and deliver training as required.

Requirements

Native or fluent Danish, with fluent spoken and written English.
Ability to listen effectively, understand others, and demonstrate empathy.

Ability to analyse information with excellent attention to detail.
Experience working with MS Office.

Previous experience or knowledge of iGaming.

Responsibilities

Analyse risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behaviour.
Contact at-risk players by phone or email and provide support in line with internal policies and procedures, including additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking.
Monitor escalated player registrations to prevent underage gambling.
Monitor escalated self-excluded players, assess risk, and refund eligible players.
Monitor and review follow-up case reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
Escalate complex cases to senior management with recommendations to safeguard player protection.
Use a solution-focused approach to assist vulnerable players.
Recommend changes or amendments to Safer Gambling operational activities and processes.
Work with Safer Gambling Management to promote a Responsible Gaming culture, raise awareness, and deliver training as required.
