Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1–2 years working with youth or vulnerable populations.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary liaison between The Relatives and the community and provides direct outreach and support to youth experiencing crisis, homelessness, housing instability, or family conflict.
- Combines community engagement and Safe Place program management responsibilities with direct street outreach and youth navigation services.
