About The Position

Kunes Auto & RV Group is seeking an RV Sales Consultant to help customers select RVs, travel trailers, and motorhomes suited to their needs. The representative guides customers through the sales process, from greeting them on the lot through completing a purchase, while building relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. The role offers a monthly draw plus commission, daily pay options, training, and opportunities for career growth. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a seven-year background check.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
State sales license or ability to obtain one.
Clear and effective communication and customer service skills.
Basic math skills for transactions and calculations.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Previous sales experience in RVs, automotive, or the outdoor/camping industry.

Responsibilities

Sell RVs, travel trailers, and motorhomes while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Welcome customers, help them find an RV, and explain product features and benefits.
Prepare and process sales paperwork accurately and according to dealership policies.
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct engaging and safe test drives while following safety protocols.
Stay informed about RV models, features, and industry trends.
Participate in product and sales training to improve skills.
