About The Position

Requirements
- Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Proven passion for the Gaming & Esports industry with an understanding of current gaming trends.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset suitable for high-pressure support environments.

Responsibilities
