Requirements
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.
- A genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and familiarity with modern gaming platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Professionalism, patience, and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate multiple gaming support tools simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via email, chat, and phone within the Gaming & Esports sector.
- Troubleshoot in-game issues, payment inquiries, and account security matters with professionalism and speed.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our client, maintaining a deep understanding of their gaming ecosystem and product updates.
- Document player feedback and provide actionable insights to improve the overall gaming experience.
- Ensure compliance with all data protection and privacy policies while handling sensitive user information.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture in Sofia, participating in team briefings and skill-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends to better serve our diverse gaming community.
