About The Position

Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Professional proficiency in English to operate within our international team.
- A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union.
- A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with Supercell gaming titles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven excellence in customer-centric roles or technical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to players across Supercell's iconic game portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the Arabic-speaking gaming community, maintaining the brand’s premium reputation.
- Troubleshoot technical, payment, and account-related inquiries to ensure seamless gameplay.
- Collaborate with internal teams within the Gaming & Esports department to escalate recurring issues or bugs effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols, reflecting the high standards expected in Gaming & Esports roles.
- Maintain comprehensive records of player interactions to help analyze gaming trends and community sentiment.
- Engage with community feedback to foster long-term loyalty among players within the region.
