About The Position
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a passionate gaming enthusiast to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria, as a Turkish Speaking Trust & Safety Specialist for a Supercell Games Account. This role involves protecting the gaming experience for millions of players globally by ensuring a safe, fair, and engaging environment within Supercell's mobile games. The position requires monitoring and moderating in-game content, investigating reports of prohibited behavior, maintaining high-quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing support to Turkish-speaking players.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within an international team.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Trust & Safety, customer support, or community management within the Gaming & Esports industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and identifying problematic behavior.
- Passionate about gaming and familiar with the Supercell game portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate in-game content and communications to ensure compliance with community safety guidelines.
- Investigate reports of prohibited behavior, including cheating, harassment, or fraudulent activity, within Supercell titles.
- Maintain high quality standards in the Gaming & Esports industry by identifying and mitigating emerging player risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine internal safety protocols and reporting processes.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and resolution-oriented support to Turkish-speaking players encountering safety issues.
- Stay updated on evolving gaming trends and community behaviors to proactively protect the player ecosystem.
- Analyze player data to identify patterns of misuse and contribute to the ongoing improvement of game integrity.
