About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for a driving post serving Ft. Pierce and Vero Beach, Florida. The duties and assignments vary by day and special event, requiring flexibility across customer service, patrols, surveillance, and response activities. The officer must have open availability to work any day on first or third shift, including mornings and overnights, and be available on short notice.

The role involves monitoring premises, conducting patrols, controlling access, responding to incidents, preparing reports, and helping protect people and property. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive, strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a Florida Class D Security License.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Have open availability to work any day on first or third shift and be available on short notice.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
