About The Position

Prudential Overall Supply is hiring a full-time, permanent Route Sales Representative/Driver. The representative drives a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and other rental products. The role is customer-facing and combines delivery work with building customer relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Route bonuses and commissions may be earned through sales. The driver must operate the truck safely and professionally while complying with federal and state vehicle regulations.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule and involves 40+ hour work weeks. Day-to-day work includes preparing and verifying loads, loading and unloading clean and soiled merchandise, handling carts carefully, and using company devices to manage orders, communicate invoice changes, and update the route book. The role requires regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and meeting customer-required background compliance criteria. It is described as a stable, permanent, non-seasonal role with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Customer-service and sales-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions.
• Must satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria to maintain eligibility for the role.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of customer service experience.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van.
• Military experience; military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck within an assigned territory to pick up and deliver products and garments.
• Ensure loads are accurate and properly prepared.
• Load and unload soiled and clean merchandise, handling carts carefully during transport.
