About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a part-time Route Merchandising Associate to service Big-Box Home Improvement stores in Temple, Killeen, and Waco, Texas. The role involves independently traveling between assigned stores to merchandise products, build displays, execute planograms, complete store audits, support seasonal resets, and maintain store presentation. The schedule is approximately 5–10 hours per week, with a starting pay rate of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. No prior experience is necessary; paid, hands-on weekday training is provided. The associate uses a personal vehicle to travel throughout the territory and is responsible for completing store visits and projects on time, maintaining communication about attendance and scheduling, and representing Signature Retail Services and its client partners professionally. The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, climbing rolling staircases or step ladders, and lifting or moving products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Employment is contingent upon completing applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include background and motor vehicle record checks and verification of employment eligibility. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Be located within approximately 30 minutes of the listed territory.
Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with the applicant listed as an insured driver.
Have access to a reliable personal vehicle for travel between store locations.
Have a smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
Be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and climb rolling staircases or step ladders.
Be able to lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Complete applicable pre-employment screenings and eligibility verification.

Previous merchandising experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Travel independently throughout the assigned territory using a personal vehicle to service store locations.
Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready.
Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
Serve as a product expert for store associates and customers.
Represent Signature Retail Services and its client partners professionally in every store.
Manage the schedule to complete store visits and projects on time.
Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit.
