(San Antonio) Field Service Representative
About The Position
Signature Retail Services is hiring a part-time Route Merchandiser in the San Antonio, Texas market. The position is approximately 15–20 hours per week and pays $16.00–$18.00 per hour. Route Merchandisers help maintain stocked, organized shelves and attractive displays at leading home improvement retailers. The work includes building displays and setting up seasonal products to improve the customer shopping experience. This is a fast-paced, physically active position involving travel between stores and independent completion of scheduled store visits. Associates use a personal smartphone and mobile apps for daily work tasks and reporting. Employment is contingent on applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, employment eligibility verification, and other position-specific screenings.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Have a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle for travel, and proof of active auto insurance.
- Have a personal smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for daily reporting.
- Be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently to complete store visits on schedule.
- Be highly comfortable using technology and mobile apps to complete daily work tasks and reporting.
- Be detail-oriented and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous merchandising experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planograms, product resets, and seasonal sets according to client standards.
- Install price labels, promotional materials, fixtures, and product displays.
- Down-stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and keep displays organized and ready for customers.
- Complete in-store survey audits to report completed work and project findings.
- Serve as a product expert for store associates and customers.
- Communicate regularly with store teams and SRS management so projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Identify and promptly report inventory issues, project concerns, or challenges to SRS management.
