About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a part-time Route Merchandiser in the San Antonio, Texas market. The role involves visiting stores to stock and organize products, set up displays, and support the shopping experience at home improvement retailers such as Lowe’s and The Home Depot. The position offers approximately 15–20 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and paid on-the-job training. Starting pay is $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

This is a fast-paced, physically active role requiring independent store visits and regular use of a personal smartphone for work tasks and reporting. Employment is contingent upon completing applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, and employment eligibility verification.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle for travel, and proof of active auto insurance.
• Have a personal smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for daily reporting.
• Be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently to complete store visits on schedule.
• Be highly comfortable using technology and mobile apps for daily work tasks and reporting.
• Be detail-oriented and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to perform physical tasks that may include prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending and climbing ladders or rolling stairs; and lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planograms, product resets, and seasonal sets according to client standards.
• Install price labels, promotional materials, fixtures, and product displays.
• Down-stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and keep displays organized and ready for customers.
• Complete in-store survey audits to report completed work and project findings.
• Serve as a product expert for store associates and customers.
• Communicate regularly with store teams and SRS management so projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Identify and promptly report inventory issues, project concerns, or challenges to SRS management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
