Our Oklahoma City location is looking for a Vending Route Operations Manager to help manage and guide our Route Department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily Schedules, Customers and Route Associates
  • Coach, train and team build
  • Access and identify business needs and conduct customer analysis to determine customer requirements, determine the impact of products/services on customer
  • Identify which products, services and features to promote to current customers
  • Work to understand the customers’ business and align account strategies to customer goals
  • Accountability for individual success within a team environment
  • Innate ability to seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative, and operate in a manner that is both creative and proactive
  • Use information technology to forward market planning and maximize growth
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are being met
