About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK?! is seeking motivated Route Drivers and Laborers in Las Vegas. Team members operate company trucks, provide customer service and upfront pricing, and load and transport unwanted materials. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The employer describes the role as at-will.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history for the previous 3 years.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks, including repeatedly lifting and moving items weighing 75+ lbs.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and negotiating pricing.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Available to work at least one weekend day each week.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in delivery driving, hospitality, warehouse operations, retail, sales, moving, landscaping, customer service, or general labor; experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks between residential and commercial locations.
• Create positive first impressions and build rapport with customers.
• Evaluate removal projects and present upfront pricing.
• Help customers make informed decisions about services.
• Load and transport furniture, appliances, and other unwanted materials.
• Identify belongings that can be donated or recycled.
• Work with the operations team to maintain efficient routes and service schedules.
