About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Route Drivers and Laborers to join its truck team. The role involves driving Isuzu NPR/NQR/NRR trucks, identifying items suitable for donation or recycling, developing sales and customer-service skills, promoting the brand, and safely navigating, loading, and unloading. No CDL is required. The posting offers full-time and part-time positions with a 3–5 day work week. Applicants must be available to work weekends.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid California driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Be a confident communicator.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Be able to work weekends.
• Have a working cell phone capable of downloading multiple apps.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive Isuzu NPR/NQR/NRR trucks.
• Recognize items that can be donated or recycled.
• Build sales knowledge and close leads.
• Advocate for and promote the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand.
• Navigate, load, and unload safely.
