About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Driver and Labor team member to visit customers’ homes and properties in a company truck, remove unwanted items, and provide a positive customer experience. Team members dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste management facilities, and stay in communication with the operations team throughout the day. The role offers a four-day work week with three days off, hourly pay of $20–$28 on average, cash tips, performance bonuses, and the opportunity to keep certain found items. Paid training is provided, and immediate start dates are available.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Have a clean driving history; the posting refers to a clean 3-year history.
• Have a positive, friendly attitude.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Be physically able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
• Have a smartphone capable of downloading and using multiple apps.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience.
